Straight answers
What do you give, and what do you take?
We lead with customer introductions, hands-on building, distribution, and capital. In return we take a small equity stake (typically 0.5–3%) for the work, and may ask for a priority option to invest on the same terms as your other investors. Everything is transparent and papered cleanly.
Do you lead or follow?
Either. Often we are the operator-investor who helps before the round and takes a priority option into it — not the lead setting terms. We work alongside your other investors.
What if I am not raising yet?
Pitch anyway. The instant feedback is useful pre-raise, and we would rather meet you early. Building help does not require a round.
How is this different from an accelerator?
No batch, no demo day, no fixed cohort. We work with a small number of companies deeply and continuously, and we ship with you instead of running a curriculum.
Who sees my pitch? Is it confidential?
