Data Uploads: When you upload data to the QAI platform, we process this information solely to provide you with our services.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details (such as credit card information) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use only essential cookies to authenticate your sessions, remember your preferences, and protect the platform. How We Use Your Information

No Training Use: We respect the trust you place in us with your data. Any data you upload to QAI is never used for training our algorithms or any other purposes outside of providing you the services you signed up for. Your data is yours — period.

Data Control: You retain full control over your data. At any point, you can request the deletion of your data, which we will execute promptly and thoroughly.

Data Retention: We retain your personal information and uploaded data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.

Third-Party Service Providers

We will never sell, trade, or monetize your personal information or uploaded data. To operate the platform, we share only the minimum information necessary with the following trusted third-party providers, each bound by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations to protect your data:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure, hosting, and authentication services.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and billing. Stripe receives your payment details directly and is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • Google: Sign-in services. Google receives authentication data necessary to verify your identity when you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Cloudflare: Security services to protect against automated abuse.

We may also share data with AI model providers solely to process your queries and deliver the service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for training or any purpose other than fulfilling your requests.

Limitation of Liability

Data Loss: While we take stringent measures to protect and secure your data, we cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur. We are not responsible for the loss of data resulting from technical failures, cybersecurity breaches, or other unforeseen factors beyond our reasonable control. We encourage users to maintain their own backups of critical data.

AI-Generated Responses: We utilize advanced generative AI models to provide insights and predictions. However, the accuracy or applicability of AI-generated responses can vary. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of such AI-generated content. Users should exercise their own judgment and verify information before relying on AI-generated responses.

Indemnification

By using QAI, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QAI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or violation of this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
