Newsletters & AI Updates

This policy covers the optional emails you can choose to receive from QAI — our newsletters and our AI & product updates. These are opt-in: you only get them if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time. It does not cover transactional emails (security, billing, and account notices), which we send because they are necessary to operate your account.
1. What we send
- Newsletters. Occasional notes for the people who opt in — e.g. for founders, fundraising, building, and frontier AI.
- AI & product updates. New features, meaningful model or capability changes, and responsible-AI news that affects how you use the platform.
2. Only what we think is relevant and helpful
We send only content we believe is relevant to you and might genuinely help you — not volume for its own sake. We keep the frequency low, we do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not add you to these emails without your consent.
3. Opt-in and consent
You subscribe by checking the opt-in box where it is offered (for example, alongside a QVC pitch submission) or from your account settings. Checking that box is the only way you are added. Declining it has no effect on your use of the product, and transactional emails are unaffected either way.
4. Unsubscribe anytime
You can unsubscribe at any time. When we send newsletters and updates, every email will carry a one-click unsubscribe link, and you will be able to manage your preferences in account settings. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and never affects transactional emails or your access to the product.
5. Your data
We process your email and subscription preferences under our Privacy Policy. We use your email only to send the communications you opted into and to honor your unsubscribe; we do not sell or rent it. For how AI features handle your content, see Fair Use of AI.
