QAI is available to users in most countries and regions around the world. Below is an overview of where you can access our platform and any current limitations.

Supported regions

QAI is generally available in the following regions. Users can sign up and access all platform features from these locations.

Americas

United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and other countries in North, Central, and South America.

Europe

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, and other EU/EEA member states.

Asia-Pacific

Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Middle East & Africa

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Morocco, and other countries in these regions.


Restricted regions

Due to applicable trade and regulatory requirements, QAI is not currently available in the following regions. We are unable to provide services, process payments, or create accounts for users in these areas.

  • North Korea (DPRK)
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
  • Myanmar (limited access)

This list may change as regulatory requirements evolve. We review our availability policies regularly and aim to expand access wherever possible.
